How long does it take to launch an AI customer-support assistant?
We scope a standard one to go live in up to 2 weeks. An assistant that answers from your knowledge base, qualifies leads or explains your offer. It runs on commercial API models, large or small, chosen for your budget and your data rules, and tells users it is an AI from the first message.
Can employees ask questions about internal documents in plain language?
Yes. Employees ask questions in plain language across drives, wikis and systems, and get answers with sources and access rights respected. For questions that span dozens of documents, we build a knowledge graph so the assistant can explain how things connect, not just quote a paragraph.
Can AI turn scanned PDFs and images into structured data?
Yes. Scanned PDFs and images become structured data. OCR runs on AWS Textract, Azure Document Intelligence or Google Document AI, whichever cloud you already use, or fully on your own servers when documents can’t leave them.
Can AI summarise support tickets or CRM data every week?
Yes. We connect to your helpdesk, CRM or internal tools through their API, and the weekly summary, statistics and trends arrive on their own. Nobody spends Friday in spreadsheets.
Yes. Extraction, classification, category scoring, reranking and masking personal data before it reaches a cloud model. These are small, narrowly specialised models, not LLMs. First we look for a ready open model that already fits; if none matches closely enough, we fine-tune the nearest one on your examples, and when even that falls short, we train one from scratch. It stays yours and runs where your data lives. Planned timeline: up to 3 months.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI tools read and update your systems directly. We’re building a ready MCP core: connect your database, spreadsheets or CRM, and your team can query, filter and analyse them from the AI tool they already use. Early access for now.
Bring us one workflow. We’ll tell you what it needs.
A 30-minute call. Bring one real process or one sample document. We’ll tell you whether it needs an LLM, a small model, or just a script, and what it would take. No deck.
